How it works

Diagnose the chain, then fix the weakest link

The same order an experienced Amazon agency follows with a new client: look at the whole picture first, find what limits sales, then fix it in the right order.

Step 1 · Free, works today

Choose your situation

Launching a new product (25 questions) checks readiness before money goes into stock and ads. Improving a live product (29 questions) looks for what limits sales and profit now.

Step 2

Go through the stages – all or one

Seven stages in the order they affect each other: market, positioning, listing, images, advertising, conversion, profit. Each has three to five questions in plain words. After a stage you immediately see its score and findings.

Don't know an answer? Say so. It becomes a blind spot in the report – something that can cost money without you seeing it – with the module that would measure it.

Step 3

Get the report and treatment plan

  • Overall score and a score for each stage
  • The weakest link – the stage that sets the ceiling for the others
  • The three things to fix first
  • Every finding: what it means and what to do
  • A treatment plan: which modules fix what, in order
  • PDF download and a share link for your team, client or agency

Step 4 · In development

Fix with the toolkit

Each stage has modules that do the agency work: niche research, positioning, listing, designer brief, launch plan, PPC structure, ad audit, profit reporting and more. See the toolkit or preview the workspace with sample data.

A FINDING FROM THE SAMPLE REPORT

Your ACoS is above break-even.

Critical
What it means
Every sale from ads currently loses money. That can be a deliberate launch investment – but only with a plan and an end date.
What to do
Find which campaigns and search terms push ACoS up and fix them first; check whether the price leaves enough margin.

How scores are calculated

  • Each answer gives 0–3 points; a stage score is the share of possible points.
  • 75 and above – Healthy; 45–74 – Needs work; below 45 – Critical.
  • A single critical issue makes the stage critical, whatever its score.
  • “Fix first” ranks issues by severity and picks them from different stages where possible.
  • The rules come from Amazon agency practice. Thresholds like margin or rating are general guides; your category may differ.

The diagnosis uses your answers only. It doesn't read your Amazon account or market data yet – that's the next step, once connections are built.
