Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and [[FULL LEGAL NAME]], individual entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Ukraine, who operates SellerTools.ai ("we", "us"). By using the website or the service, you accept these terms.

1. Early access

SellerTools.ai is in early access. Today the website offers a free product diagnosis based on your answers, a toolkit catalog, a workspace preview with fictional sample data and an early access form. The toolkit modules, customer accounts, Amazon connections and payments are not available yet. Prices shown on the website are planned prices and are not offers.

2. The service

SellerTools.ai is planned to provide research, audits, positioning, listing copy, designer briefs, unit economics, launch strategies, advertising recommendations, monitoring and reports for products sold on Amazon. Some features use market data; others require you to connect your Amazon Seller Central or Amazon Ads account. Each tool page states what the tool needs.

3. Who can use it

The service is for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 and able to act for the business you represent.

4. Connecting Amazon

When connections become available, connecting your Amazon account will be optional. You will authorize access on Amazon and can revoke it at any time. You remain responsible for your Amazon account and for following Amazon's policies. We will publish changes to Amazon only when you confirm them.

5. Estimates and advice

Market figures such as sales, revenue and search volume estimates are models, not figures reported by sellers, and can differ from actual results. Recommendations and generated text are drafts to review before use. The service does not provide legal, tax or regulatory advice, including on product compliance or product claims, and we do not guarantee any sales, ranking or profit outcome.

6. Diagnosis and workspace preview

The diagnosis scores your answers using general rules of thumb. It does not use your Amazon account or market data, and its results are guidance, not a guarantee or professional advice. The workspace preview shows fictional products and sample numbers; it does not reflect real sellers, products or market data.

6a. Expert review

The expert review is a paid service delivered by people. You request it without paying; we confirm whether we can help and send a payment link. The review starts after payment and is delivered by email within the time stated on the website. It is advice based on your diagnosis and your public listing; it does not guarantee sales or ranking results, and we do not access or change your Amazon account. 6b. Free tools and embeds

The break-even calculator and listing lookup are provided as-is for planning. Listing data comes from a third-party provider and may be incomplete or out of date. Agencies may embed the diagnosis on their own websites; agency names shown on reports are entered by users and are not verified by us.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • resell or redistribute raw data from the service as a data product, feed or dataset;
  • scrape, copy or reverse-engineer the service, or access it by automated means other than features we provide;
  • use the service to break Amazon's policies, manipulate reviews or rankings, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • upload unlawful content or content you have no right to use.

You may share the reports and listings produced for your own products, or for your clients' products, with your team, clients and contractors.

8. Plans and payment

Paid plans are not available yet. When they launch, prices, billing periods, limits and the payment provider will be stated here and on the pricing page before you buy. Payment terms: [[TO BE ADDED BEFORE PAYMENTS OPEN]].

9. Refunds

When paid plans launch, you will be able to request a full refund of your first subscription payment or a one-time purchase within [[14]] days by emailing hello@sellertools.ai. Renewals are not refunded, except where required by law.

10. Your content and ours

You own your inputs and the reports, listings and other outputs produced for you. We own the website and service, including software and design. Third-party data shown in the service remains subject to its providers' rights.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep the website and service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features that depend on Amazon or other providers may change if those providers change their services or terms.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is", we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [[GOVERNING LAW – e.g. Ukraine]]. Mandatory consumer or business protections in your country are not affected. We will first try to resolve any dispute by email.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes affecting account holders, we will email them at least 14 days before the changes take effect. See also the privacy policy.
